Since I'm using € I gave you the France page. But you should anyways choose a fake address, preferably from another country and then it doesn't matter at all. USA should also exist with .ie.

Btw I booked it with a France address but can change the language of OS and control panel easily to english. Also the support message will be answered on english when u ask 'em on english.

I tried signing up using the .IE , I specified that I'm in the U.S since my card's billing address is in the U.S. They need some sort of documents as a proof that you are in the U.S. It's still for approval. So, creating a fake address that says I'm in UK will work? Even if my card is AMEX and my billing address is in the U.S?

Actually, as a vendor who allows public trackers, I am well aware of the reason - private trackers just don't gulp bandwidth like public trackers do. For us big brother is a lesser issue.

We ask for limited seeding, not letting the faucet just run, show consideration to others that might be on the same machine you are, in limiting bandwidth.

'Seedbox' is a different level of abstraction from VPS. A seedbox is any server that you use to seed torrents, it can be multi-user, VPS shared, semi dedicated, dedicated, etc - all of them can be 'seedboxes'. The confusion here is that there is a market for non-purpose driven VPS servers, so you sometimes see bifurcation.

We do VPN ( OpenVPN ) upon request, but are outside your price range.

Well my plan is to seed a file from a public tracker while it's downloading, then give it up to 15 minutes after downloading after that, i'll be ending it. A seedbox does not have VNC unlike VPS right? Because I have a plan to use the seedbox or a VPS to run a web browser in it, and just leave some sort of website running 24/7 so that people will see me that I am online 24/7 and receive messages as well.

Will not work, since USA doesn't have to pay tax but UK does. So better go with UK. But I compared the prices of France with them from UK (including tax) and france was about 2 € cheaper with the 30€ plan (8G which I wanna buy). So really go with France. English OS, Control Panel and Support.

When a VPS does it, then a dedi will do it as well. You will just need to install it. But everything is possible with a dedi.

The software that is installed is up to the vendor, we install by default: VNC; RUTorrent/RTorrent or Deluge as your torrent client; the Ajaxplorer File Browser; the Webmin as a user control panel; and we install Subsonic as a media streamer. Upon special request other software can be installed, and configured, like OpenVPN.

We give you 'root' so you can customize your server any which way. And importantly we are a managed service, we fully support you as a member. A public tracker can be accessed by everyone, so cops will just catch up some new files, bind in summin like a trojan to trace IP's and then upload it. Then we get "the letter" (Germany). Happened already to my Mom lol.

Nope, cops have nothing to do with that. Copyright holders entitle Legal attorneys. Legal attorney (LA) hire Copyright security company (CSC). The CSC don't even need to create or add any tojan to the release or something. They just download the torrent file and save all seeds from defined IP addrees together with the time period of seeding (connection they had). They CSC provides LA with lists of IP and time of infringements. LA go to the court indicating that infringements are ongoing, and requesting a court order for receiving private details of users behind IPs at specific time period. Court usually approve such requests in no time. Then LA requests all data from ISP, and receive it quickly and with a smile. NExt step for LA is to send "letter of love" to all violators demanding a) stop illegal activities b) pay LA and Copyright holders license fees and legal costs (usually between 600-1000 Euro). If one fails to respond and to pay - LA will go the court under quick procedure (as there is not indication, that violation is not ongoing) and the hearing will happen without the accused party. All these are not criminal investigations and do not involve COPS.

Private tracker want to stay private as they only invite their trustworthy reallife friends and family (at least it is like that on my tracker) and thus highers the security of getting catched.

Yes, private trackers give you some SORT OF security, as LA and CSC need quantity, and one can get more of in on public trackers. Though German "letters of love" also come to the private tracker users. Less often, but they are monitored. Basically it depends, whether tracker is well known or not
