I started a ?4.99 week trial with this company and decided to stick with them because they're so great. This is my first ever seedbox so I don't have much to compare it with, however I do think that the service I'm provided is exceptional. I will highlight some reasons why:

With no hidden fees or costs to your seedbox subscription, apps are available to install on your server. Users are able to install/uninstall all apps themselves within in the "Manage" area of the app categories or by using the "App Store". All information needed to use these services is enclosed in a very easy to understand format within the "Manage" area of the app.

Easily navigated even for someone new to seedbox services and very well thought out.

Support

I have contacted support only once and that was a query about the Plex Media Server version I have installed on my seedbox. I received a response in under 24 hours despite marking my ticket as the lowest urgency category. The answer they gave was that they would be updating the Plex Server version within a month, I'm very pleased with that as Plex isn't a service they need to provide and their willingness to keep it updated is above and beyond their responsibility as a seedbox provider.

Overall good seedbox awesome for what i use it for.

Only problem i have had is i uninstalled plex instead of refreshing it "my mistake" but emailed for them to reset the paths of my folders and they reply someone will sort it out soon but been 4 days and still nothing but other than that its a great box..

I've been a customer of The Seedbox Company for the past few months and I've been extremely pleased with the service and the performance. The bandwidth usage is completely un-metered (I've used around 367.48 GB since I started with the service) and the storage is generous enough that I've never even approached the limit. I've contacted their Customer Support on one occasion (they were offering a special when I signed up that I wasn't aware of and I asked it to be applied retroactively -- which they did) and they've been fast to respond and very willing to provide assistance.

Overall, I give them a 10/10 for top-notch service.

i m a seedboxco customer from more than 2 years and very happy with their service.there are lots of options like a good Control Panel , Different Torrent Clients e.g. rutorrent/deluge/transmission you can choose any and change at anytime , no need to contact support. Open VPN is included.
apps like VNC,ZNC , Rapidleech , Madsonic , Subsonic , Plex Media Server ,Autodl-irssi ,MkTorrent webui are available to install by yourdelf.

Does not neede to contact support much but its fast you will get response maybe in some hours like 5/6.
Torrent Client speed is good sometime it get slow but now its working fine but never seen it down.
Download speed is too good Upload speed i get 4/5mbps.
Unlimited active torrents / Unlimited Bandwidth.
