This is my first time using the seedbox from superseeder.eu.
Today is the final day using this seedbox.
I'd like to share my experince about it.
As for speed...
The max download speed was approximately 35MB/s. But it didn't happen frequently.
Usually the download speed was about 20MB/s.

The highest upload speed of this seedbox was about 56MB/s.

I got about 700GB upload from a torrent in CHD via this seedbox(several times above 300GB from different torrents)
So if you want to use the seedbox for CHD, this is a good choice.
As for support...
Support is very outstanding. They offer ticket system. I think it's TOP1 in my mind.(TOP2 is ultraseedbox)
Questions were answered or solved within 1-2 hours. You can add their mail to Google Talk.([email protected])
It will be more efficient in solving your problems. I am really impressed by their support.
I think it even surpasses the support from ultraseedbox(support is also excellent in ultraseedbox).
Staffs are just like friends. That feeling is really great~
The staff did some setting in vnc(for some setting in deluge). I was in vnc so I could see how it was changed.
In a word, pretty great supoort. Excellent support.
Default BT client is utorrent. There was a problem in the torrent's name so the staff installed deluge
to solve that problem. Most of the time I used these two clients.
Three days ago I wanted to know how it works on rutorrent. So the staff installed rutorrent for me.
Basically each client has its own benefit. Persoanlly I think rutorrent has best connection.
If I am a little bit late(like 30 minutes), rutorrent can get more upload while leeching the files.
I tested a torrent via utorrent and rutorrent.(That torrent was uploaded about 30 minutes or so)
Utorrent only had 50kb/s upload speed.(before reaching current progress of leechers, it could not get higher speed)
But rutorrent had 4-5MB/s already. So rutorrent has better upload speed while leeching files.
The max upload speed I mentioned above(about 35MB/s) was in rutorrent only.
As for another two clients, 30MB/s is the limit of download speed.
I never see it surpass 30MB/s in deluge or utorrent. Rutorrent has the best download speed.
Deluge is quite balanced and stable. Speed is also great.
Utorrent is weaker than another two clients and also not stable. Most tickets I opened were for utorrent.
But the highest speed was in utorrent. I got several times more than 200GB via utorrent.
Speed depended on different torrents. Some worked better in utorrent, some worked better in deluge or rutorrent.
The use of ram is not much.(probably because there are 6GB ram per vps).
It is never higher than 50% in this whole month....This is really good.
Suggestion:
Currently only the default client,utorrent,is free. Another two clients need setup fee when you order.
Personally I don't think it is good to do this. Some proiders offer multiple clients for free.
(like whatbox or feral hosting. ultraseedbox uses rutorrent as default client, but I simply need to open ticket for
deluge. It's free) BT client is basic tool for download. As I mentioned above, each client has its own benefit.
So offering multiple clients for free will be flexible to users.
In additon, please install another things in a different folder.
When I use FileZilla, I see a lot of folders, which is kind of annoying.
If it can be done like this, it will be better.

Considering the fact the this is a service provider with a dozen services whic require cozy environment both on website and the server you purchase, I'd say, I have had no problem getting around the website. It's really easy to navigate throughout the website, also the server, control panel. The green/blue theme feels a sort of warmth in it and you don't want to go away for a moment.
On Speed:
I have been using ruTorrent client since the start. I have been able to download with a speed of 9+MB/s most of the time, however the speed sometimes reached 11+MB/s too. I have been satisfied with the download speed very much
The upload speed has been around 8MB/s nearly always. This is really facsinating for a shared server.
Ram usage sometimes reached 100% on speedy downloads, but it's OK, as it doesn't influence my work
HDD storage, when considering the price of $15/month is really cool. I managed to get my ratio up and to the top with this seedbox. 230GB is more than enough for a guy who knows about torrenting.
On Support:
Support can be reached via the helpdesk and via chat. They provide one on one support nearly 24 hours a day. Everytime I rang the bell, there was someone happy to help me. I don't want to say much about it and waste time. The support is the best I have seen yet. They even let me pay through Payza, because of the fact that I can't have verified Paypal account. WOW!
