rutorrent crashed had to restart it 2-3 times a week
and it was slow/laggy
too many "rutorrent failed to respond errors..."
but biggest problem is that they automatically renew you seedbox and take money from your paypal acount!
total FAIL...
wont reccomend it to my worst enemy

i sent them tickets about refund and they are deleting them !!!

wow, I can't believe this is the same Savvyseed I know... I'm sorry for what you went through, but below is my experience with them:

Support: 7/10 must agree here it "can", sometimes, be slow, but I came to find that this is due to being a small company, yet the owner is constantly doing his best and helps with all issues.
GUI: 9/10 never had any issues with loading as stated above

Price: 8/10 $29 monthly for 365GB on a core i5-2400 4x3.1GHz... I wish they had packages for more storage, but ended up having the owner setup a second drive on my server. They do work with you, maybe in the future they will allow for more storage options, but the server/speed is awesome! It's on the OVH network, in fact I think they are OVH servers..
In terms of overall torrent speeds, here are some proofs:

Savvy probably won't be for you if you need terabytes of space, would be nice if they had that option, yet for now, the packages they offer, I feel, are worth it. It's small company, not many people, yet they do the best they can to offer a great bang for your buck. The owner is very nice and helpful, and tries to answer questions as quickly as possible. Very helpful with walking you on questions or issues, and they are constantly looking to improve their service for everyone. I'm sorry that grinder had a bad experience, but from me, Savvy is a great place and if your interested in a seedbox, certainly look @ them...
